  1. Free Conference Pickup: Your order will be shipped directly to the Chicago conference and will be available for pickup at the merchandise table.
  2. Ship to Your Home: If you’d like your order delivered before the conference, select this option. By selecting this option I understand that a $18 shipping invoice will be sent separately and must be paid within 14 days. If the invoice is not paid within 14 days, my merchandise will be shipped to the conference for on-site pickup.
