Around 30 doctors or dentists from four nations visited the national capital for its’ first ever ADR meeting. While the weather was a little cooler than normal and the hot air balloons did not fly that weekend due to the weather, the quality of the Academic Day presentations and the fellowship & recovery over the 3 days was unsurpassed.
We dined in this amazing building, just a short walk from the venue.
Many took the opportunity to visit the Parliament of Australia (above). We all ate extremely well, thanks to the local convenor’s knowledge of Canberra’s best eating places.
Best of all, several newcomers made it to their first ADR, sharing their experiences, strength and hope. We hope to see you all again next year when the meeting moves back to Sydney.
