IDAA 2011
Children and TeensCHILDCARE In the past few years, the Conference has not been able to promote childcare, because of liability issues, cost, and availability. This year will be different because the Resort already has a Childcare service in place. This service is not the same as Jerry Moe Program and is not the same as the IDAA Children's Banquets. Starr Pass Resort has a full -service children's recreation service offered for their guests, ages 4-12. It is called Rising Starr Kids Club, and is not affiliated with the conference or IDAA. Fun-filled days include interactive games and activities that take advantage of the Tucson Experience. Pre-registration is necessary and can be done by contacting the resort at (520) 792-3500. Please ask to speak to the concierge to set up your child's reservation. The Rising Starr Kids Club requires that all participants be fully toilet trained and a parent or guardian be on property and reachable during the child's participation. Program Fees (as of 5/2010): Full-Day: $75 (Lunch Included) Half-Day $45 (Snack Included, with Lunch added for additional $10) Lunches are at the Plunge Poolside Restaurant Activities include
There is a Rising Starr Policies and Procedures Document which requires signature, as well as the authorization for Emergency Medical Attention and Medical Release.
