The standard group room rate for IDAA is $119.00 plus taxes (11.5% currently) and is available for three days before and two days after the meeting (7/31 - 8/10).
Reservations may be made by calling (800) 228-9290 or the hotel directly. In either case be certain to specify that you are attending IDAA.
Reservations may also be secured online:
- click on www.grandelakes.com
- click on "Reservations" in the upper right
- select JW Mariott on the dropdown menu
- enter the dates you wish to arrive and depart
- in the Group Code box at the bottom of that page enter IDAIDAA
- proceed with additional screens as instructed
Please note that all reservations require an advance payment of one night which is refundable ONLY if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
